- Data Driven Mindset and Experience in BI and Data Analytics
- You are a personable, open-minded individual with strategic thinking skills, flexibility, responsibility, and strong communication skills
- You have excellent language skills in German and English and a confident handling of Google Suite, as well as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads and the like are no problem for you
- Experience in the field of SEA / SEO / Performance Marketing
- Develop new channels to drive growth
- Create and optimize digital growth marketing and user acquisition campaigns across mobile and desktop platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, Apple Search Ads, DSPs.
- Identify and optimize new and existing organic growth levers via marketing campaigns and experimentation
- Run website experiments geared towards improving conversion of landing pages, signup flows, etc.
- Own our quantitative growth model, which shows ROI on every dollar we spend, Optimize existing channels and allocate budget to maximize ROI
- Work together with our Marketing Team and enable the Growth Marketing Mindset
- Use your SEO expertise to partner with our Content Marketing team and ensure we’re strategically creating the best possible content for our community
- Drive top-line results in order to hit weekly, quarterly, and annual acquisition targets
